〜とあれば
'If it is for X / if it is a case of X, then (I will go that far)'. Marks a special condition that justifies unusual effort. Formal, somewhat literary.

こどものためとあれば、どんなくろうもいとわない。
If it's for my child, I don't mind any hardship.
必要とあれば、私がすぐに伺います。

If it should be necessary, I will come right away.
部長の頼みとあれば、断るわけにはいかない。
ぶちょうのたのみとあれば、ことわるわけにはいかない。
