〜とはいえ
'Even so / although that is true' — accepts the first fact, then states something that goes against what you would expect from it. Slightly formal, usable in writing and speech.

春とはいえ、朝晩はまだ風が冷たい。
はるとはいえ、あさばんはまだかぜがつめたい。
It may be spring, but the wind is still cold morning and night.
一人暮らしに慣れたとはいえ、やはり寂しい。
ひとりぐらしになれたとはいえ、やはりさびしい。
Although I've gotten used to living alone, it's still lonely.
