〜ないではおかない / 〜ずにはおかない
States that something will inevitably be caused, or that the speaker is determined not to let the matter rest. Strong and formal; ずには is the more literary form.
V-nai＋ではおかない ／ V-nai stem＋ずにはおかない（する→せず）
この映画は見る者を感動させずにはおかない。
このえいがはみるものをかんどうさせずにはおかない。
This film cannot fail to move everyone who sees it.
今回の失言は批判を招かないではおかないだろう。
こんかいのしつげんはひはんをまねかないではおかないだろう。
This slip of the tongue is bound to invite criticism.
我々は事故の真相を明らかにせずにはおかない。
われわれはじこのしんそうをあきらかにせずにはおかない。
