Casual spoken exaggeration: 'it was unbelievably ...'. Repeats the adjective or verb to stress an extreme degree. Very colloquial — never use it in writing or formal speech.

きのうのさむさといったら、さむいのなんのって。
Yesterday's cold — you have no idea how freezing it was.
