〜はおろか
'Not to mention X — even Y'. A is the obvious case and B, the easier or smaller thing, is also impossible or true. Formal written style; the second clause usually takes も and a negative.
N + はおろか + N + も／さえ（多く否定文）
漢字はおろか、ひらがなも読めなかった。
かんじはおろか、ひらがなもよめなかった。
Let alone kanji, I couldn't even read hiragana.
彼は海外旅行はおろか、県外に出たこともない。
かれはかいがいりょこうはおろか、けんがいにでたこともない。
Forget overseas travel — he has never even left the prefecture.
忙しくて、休憩はおろか昼食をとる暇もない。
いそがしくて、きゅうけいはおろかちゅうしょくをとるひまもない。
