Emphatic 'not … in the least / no … whatsoever'. The adverb なんら strengthens a following negative; formal written and official register.
なんら + N（+ も／は）+ 否定形；なんら〜ない
  1. 調査の結果、なんら問題は見つからなかった。
    ちょうさのけっか、なんらもんだいはみつからなかった。
    As a result of the investigation, no problems whatsoever were found.
  2. 彼の説明にはなんら根拠がない。
    かれのせつめいにはなんらこんきょがない。
    There is no basis whatsoever for his explanation.
  3. この件について、当社はなんら責任を負わない。
    このけんについて、とうしゃはなんらせきにんをおわない。
    Our company bears no responsibility whatsoever in this matter.
