皆目〜ない
Stiff written-style adverb meaning "not at all, not in the least." Used only with negatives and almost always about knowing or understanding, as in 皆目見当がつかない.
皆目 + V-ない／〜ません（「皆目見当がつかない」が定型）
事故の原因は皆目見当がつかない。
じこのげんいんはかいもくけんとうがつかない。
I have absolutely no idea what caused the accident.
彼の意図が皆目分からない。
かれのいとがかいもくわからない。
I can't make out his intentions at all.
犯人の行方は皆目つかめていない。
はんにんのゆくえはかいもくつかめていない。
There is no trace whatsoever of the culprit's whereabouts.
