〜てまで / 〜までして
"Going so far as to do X." Marks an extreme, often excessive means taken to reach a goal, usually with criticism or surprise. 〜までして follows a noun.
V-te + まで；N + までして
  1. 借金してまで旅行に行きたくない。
    しゃっきんしてまでりょこうにいきたくない。
    I don't want to travel if it means going into debt.
  2. 徹夜までして準備した資料だ。
    てつやまでしてじゅんびしたしりょうだ。
    These are materials I prepared, even staying up all night to do it.
  3. 嘘をついてまで勝ちたいのか。
    うそをついてまでかちたいのか。
    Do you want to win so badly that you'd lie?
