〜ものなら（可能形）
With a potential verb, expresses a wish for something the speaker knows is hard or impossible to realize. Emotional; common in both speech and writing.
V-potential (〜れる/られる・できる) + ものなら (＋〜たい等)
戻れるものなら、あの頃に戻りたい。
もどれるものなら、あのころにもどりたい。
If I could go back, I'd return to those days.
代われるものなら代わってやりたい。
かわれるものならかわってやりたい。
If I could take his place, I'd gladly do it.
できるものなら、今の仕事を辞めて留学したい。
できるものなら、いまのしごとをやめてりゅうがくしたい。
If I possibly could, I'd quit my job and study abroad.
