〜ものと思われる V・i-adj plain + ものと思われる；N・na-adj である + ものと思われる
'It is thought / believed that…' — an impersonal, cautious conclusion based on evidence. Standard in news reports and official documents.
出火の原因は漏電によるものと思われる。 The fire is believed to have been caused by an electrical short.
わけても わけても + 節／わけても + N は〜（副詞として文中に置く）
Literary adverb meaning 'above all, especially': singles out one item as outstanding within a group already mentioned. Written register only.
今年の夏は、わけても八月の暑さが厳しかった。 This summer, the heat in August above all was severe.
いかに〜ても いかに + V-te も／i-adj く + ても／na-adj・N + でも
Formal 'no matter how…': concedes an extreme degree yet the result still holds. Written or formal-speech version of どんなに〜ても.
いかに努力しても、結果が出ないこともある。 No matter how hard you work, sometimes results don't follow.
なんら〜ない なんら + N（+ も／は）+ 否定形；なんら〜ない
Emphatic 'not … in the least / no … whatsoever'. The adverb なんら strengthens a following negative; formal written and official register.
調査の結果、なんら問題は見つからなかった。 As a result of the investigation, no problems whatsoever were found.
とても〜ない とても + V-可能形ない／V-ない（とても〜そうにない も可）
With a negative, とても means "cannot possibly." It stresses that something is completely beyond one's ability or belief. Neutral register, common in both speech and writing.
この値段ではとても手が出ない。 At this price it's simply out of my reach.
二度と〜ない 二度と + V-ない形（可能形ない・V-まい も可）
"Never again" — a firm statement that something will not happen or be done a second time. Used in both speech and writing, often with resolve, regret or warning.
あんな失敗は二度と繰り返したくない。 I never want to repeat a mistake like that.
