〜てたまらない

Says a physical sensation or desire is unbearably strong. Used for the speaker's own feelings; for others add ようだ or らしい. Common in casual speech.

V-te / i-adj くて / na-adj で + たまらない

朝から何も食べていないので、お腹がすいてたまらない。

あさからなにもたべていないので、おなかがすいてたまらない。

I haven't eaten since this morning, so I'm unbearably hungry.
国の家族に会いたくてたまらない。

くにのかぞくにあいたくてたまらない。

I'm dying to see my family back home.
試験の結果が気になってたまらない。

しけんのけっかがきになってたまらない。

I can't stop worrying about my exam results.
