Not only A but even B, where B goes beyond expectation. Often used for surprising or extreme additions, good or bad. Slightly formal; common in writing.
N / V / i-adj plain + ばかりか；na-adj な + ばかりか
彼は遅刻したばかりか、謝りもしなかった。
かれはちこくしたばかりか、あやまりもしなかった。
Not only was he late, he didn't even apologize.
この店は安いばかりか、味もいい。
