Says something is not restricted to A, but applies more widely: not just A, B as well. Slightly formal but common in news, notices and everyday explanation.
N + に限らず、〜も
若者に限らず、高齢者もスマホを使っている。
わかものにかぎらず、こうれいしゃもスマホをつかっている。
It's not just young people; older people use smartphones too.
この店は週末に限らず、いつも混んでいる。
