〜ぬく
Means carrying an action through to the end despite difficulty, stressing effort and persistence. Stronger and more emotional than 〜きる; common in writing and speeches.
V-ます形 + ぬく
苦しかったが、最後まで走り抜いた。
くるしかったが、さいごまではしりぬいた。
It was painful, but I ran it through to the very end.
悩み抜いた末に、留学を決めた。
なやみぬいたすえに、りゅうがくをきめた。
After agonizing over it endlessly, I decided to study abroad.
考え抜いて出した結論だから、後悔はない。
かんがえぬいてだしたけつろんだから、こうかいはない。
It's a conclusion I reached after thinking it through, so I have no regrets.
