〜ところに / 〜ところへ
Marks the exact moment at which something else happens, often an interruption or a timely arrival. Used in speech and writing; ところへ feels slightly more like movement toward the scene.

出かけようとしているところに、電話がかかってきた。
でかけようとしているところに、でんわがかかってきた。
Just as I was about to go out, the phone rang.
困っているところへ、友人が助けに来てくれた。

Just when I was in trouble, a friend came to help me.
部屋を片付けたところに、子どもが帰ってきて散らかした。
