〜にしたら / 〜にすれば
Presents a matter from a particular person's viewpoint, often with sympathy. Used with people, not things; にしてみれば is a common variant. Both spoken and written.
N（人）+ にしたら／にすれば／にしてみれば
親にしたら、子どもの将来が心配なのは当然だ。
おやにしたら、こどものしょうらいがしんぱいなのはとうぜんだ。
From a parent's point of view, worrying about a child's future is only natural.
冗談のつもりでも、言われた人にすれば傷つく言葉だ。
じょうだんのつもりでも、いわれたひとにすればきずつくことばだ。
Even if you mean it as a joke, to the person hearing it those words hurt.
留学生にしてみれば、日本の敬語は難しいだろう。
りゅうがくせいにしてみれば、にほんのけいごはむずかしいだろう。
