〜ないことはない
A double negative meaning 'it's not that I can't / it's possible, though reluctantly'. Gives a cautious, hedged yes; common in polite spoken Japanese.

  1. 忙しいが、少しなら手伝えないことはない。
    いそがしいが、すこしならてつだえないことはない。
    I'm busy, but it's not that I can't help a little.
  2. 辛い物は食べないことはないが、苦手だ。
    からいものはたべないことはないが、にがてだ。
    It's not that I don't eat spicy food, but I'm not good with it.
  3. 明日までに終わらせられないことはないと思う。
    あしたまでにおわらせられないことはないとおもう。
