〜のではないか
Offers a guess or opinion indirectly: 'isn't it that ...?'. Softens an assertion; のではないでしょうか is the polite form used in meetings and writing.
Plain form（na-adj な / N な）+ のではないか
  1. この計画には無理があるのではないでしょうか。
    このけいかくにはむりがあるのではないでしょうか。
    Isn't this plan a bit unrealistic?
  2. 彼はもうその話を知っているのではないか。
