〜わけではない
Plain form + わけではない (な-adj + な, noun + という). Partially denies an expected conclusion: 'it's not that, it doesn't mean that'.
V/い-adj plain + わけではない; な-adj な / N という + わけではない
  1. 肉が嫌いなわけではないが、あまり食べない。
    にくがきらいなわけではないが、あまりたべない。
    It's not that I dislike meat, I just don't eat it much.
  2. 高いものが全部いいわけではない。
    たかいものがぜんぶいいわけではない。
    It doesn't mean everything expensive is good.
  3. 忙しいけど、行けないわけではありません。
    いそがしいけど、いけないわけではありません。
    I'm busy, but it's not that I can't go.
