Noun + さえ + V-ba / A-ければ. Means "if only … / as long as …", stating the one condition that is enough for a result.
N + さえ + V-ba / V-stem + さえすれば
  1. お金さえあれば買えます。
    おかねさえあればかえます。
    As long as I have money, I can buy it.
  2. 薬を飲みさえすれば治ります。
    くすりをのみさえすればなおります。
    If you just take the medicine, you'll get better.
  3. 天気さえよければ出かけたい。
