Conditional: plain past + ら. Often 'when' or 'if'.

Hypothetical: e-stem + ば.
時間があれば、行きます。 If I have time, I'll go.
~と (Whenever/if) V-辞書形 / V-ない + と
Natural consequence: dictionary form + と.
春になると、花が咲きます。 When spring comes, the flowers bloom.
~なら (If it's the case) V/い-adj 普通形 + なら / N・な-adj + なら
Topical conditional.
京都に行くなら、秋がいいですよ。 If you're going to Kyoto, autumn is good.
~ても (Even if) V-te + も
Concession: te-form + も.
雨が降っても行きます。 Even if it rains, I will go.
~くても (Even if [adj]) い-adj (drop い) + くても
い-adj concession.
高くても買います。 Even if it's expensive, I'll buy it.
