In English
Since passing thirty I feel my body has gone downhill. Getting up is hard, and a short walk tires me out; the health check said "lack of exercise" too. So I decided to start three things. First, cycling to work: it takes twenty minutes longer than the train, but the morning air feels good. Second, taking the stairs instead of the lift — the office is on the fifth floor, and at first I was out of breath, but now it's fine. Third, being in bed by eleven, which is the hardest. After two months I have lost three kilos; better than that, getting up is no longer hard. I think the important thing is not to overdo it and to keep going for a long time.
