〜ものなら（可能形）
With a potential verb, expresses a wish for something the speaker knows is hard or impossible to realize. Emotional; common in both speech and writing.
可能形に付き、実現困難なことへの願望を表す。「できるものなら〜たい」。
Formation: V-potential (〜れる/られる・できる) + ものなら (＋〜たい等)
Example sentences

もどれるものなら、あのころにもどりたい。
If I could go back, I'd return to those days.
