〜にしたら / 〜にすれば
Presents a matter from a particular person's viewpoint, often with sympathy. Used with people, not things; にしてみれば is a common variant. Both spoken and written.
その人の立場から見ればどうか、という視点を示す。
Formation: N（人）+ にしたら／にすれば／にしてみれば
