〜ところだ / 〜たところだ

Verb (dictionary form) + ところだ means 'about to do'. Verb (ta-form) + ところだ means 'have just done'.

辞書形＋ところだは「これからする」、た形＋ところだは「したばかり」。

Formation: V-dict + ところだ / V-ta + ところだ
