Why we recommend it
Tokyo's original mid-century observation tower, still independently run rather than folded into a shopping-mall complex, with a Main Deck at 150m and a smaller-batch Top Deck Tour at 250m that includes a short guided component. Evening light over the Shiba/Azabu rooftops and the tower's own red-and-white structure in the foreground give a different frame than the glass towers further north.
