A Japanese lesson before you need it
使う前に、日本語を一回 つかうまえににほんごをいっかい
Learning · Rainy day
Ninety minutes with a teacher, on the first morning, on the twenty things you will say every day: ordering, asking the way, the counters for people and things, "excuse me" in its four forms. Language schools in Shinjuku and Shibuya sell single lessons to visitors, and a few teachers do it over coffee. Japaneseness's own free sheets are the homework.
