〜うが〜まいが
Says the result is the same whether or not the action happens. Formal-ish, emphatic; common in written and assertive speech.
するかしないかに関係なく結果は同じだと述べる表現。
Formation: V-vol + が + V-dict + まいが（する→しまいが、来る→こまいが）
