聞いた情報からの推量（〜だそうだ）や、「いかにも〜らしい」の意味。

Formation: 普通形 + らしい (N・な-adj は だ を付けない)

Example sentences

  1. 田中さんは病気らしいです。

    たなかさんはびょうきらしいです。

    Apparently Mr. Tanaka is sick.

  2. 明日は雪が降るらしい。

    あしたはゆきがふるらしい。

    I hear it's going to snow tomorrow.

  3. あの店は安くておいしいらしいです。

    あのみせはやすくておいしいらしいです。

    That restaurant is apparently cheap and good.
